Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Senior Category Manager for the Americas to own product category performance across markets and translate global strategy into local execution. You will drive portfolio performance, launches, and consumer insights into global decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, category management, online merchandising, digital retail, or D2C businesses.
• Experience leading a team with at least 2 direct reports.
• Proven ability to drive online revenue growth and use data for decision‑making.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and customer‑centric mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Expand Emma e‑commerce business in the Americas.
• Continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to fuel growth.
• Conduct research to identify and lead opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition.
• Serve as account manager for marketplaces operations in Mexico.
• Supervise and streamline back‑end and consumer‑facing platforms with 3rd party suppliers.
• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events and publications.
• Screen potential deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
• Enhance organisation’s reputation by owning new requests.
