Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a senior demand planning leader in Mexico City to drive S&OP, coach teams, and align forecasts with market insights. You will collaborate with country teams, marketing, and operations to optimize inventory and supply plans.

The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and excellent English communication to coordinate across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Proficient in forecasting methodologies and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire demand planners with coaching and mentorship.
• Own Emma’s S&OP process, analyze sales data and insights from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with country teams, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with customer insights.
• Partner with Supply Planning to ensure demand plan aligns with supply and inventory levels.
• Proactively seek continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.
• Track market trends and competitive factors and adjust forecasts accordingly.
