Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a senior tax professional to lead our Americas entities. You will monitor corporate, withholding, and sales tax compliance and coordinate with our global tax team in Frankfurt, Lisbon, and Manila.

You will help develop transfer pricing policy, stay current on international and local tax rules, and support monthly and annual tax reporting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, taxes, law or related finance field
• Professional experience with Big 4 or multinational in a similar role
• Fluent in English and knowledge of Spanish
• Experience with accounting software (preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central); Brazilian tax knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead our Americas legal entities and tax processes
• Monitor corporate, withholding, and sales tax compliance
• Collaborate with global tax team (Frankfurt, Lisbon, Manila) and local advisors
• Track relevant tax topics in respective countries
• Keep up to date with global tax policy developments
• Support transfer pricing policy, reporting and documentation
• Help manage tax risks and drive optimization opportunities
• Assist with monthly and annual tax reporting
