Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Components Engineer II for the Juarez Independencia Plant to manage supplier-driven component supply. You will coordinate tooling, support validation of supplier changes, and address quality issues to maintain instrument assembly flow.

Required are a B.S. in Engineering, 2–4 years of related experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication skills. Proven project management and Lean Six Sigma knowledge are preferred for cost and process improvements.

Formación

• B.S. Engineering degree.
• 2-4 years related experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Multifunctional coordination across groups.

Responsabilidades

• Complete technical projects with suppliers to improve supplier process capacity and capability.
• Determine tooling and spare requirements to maintain component supply.
• Provide technical support for changes/validation in supplier processes.
• Address component quality issues and support CAPA actions.
• Coordinate RMI/CAD/BOM activities as needed.
• Produce cost analyses and explore alternative manufacturing methods for CIP projects.
