Intuitive in Mexicali, Mexico seeks an Equipment Engineering Manager to coordinate daily activities of Equipment Technicians and manage spare parts availability to meet production requirements. You will lead engineers and cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance on maintenance and repairs, monitor downtime, drive equipment improvements, and ensure on-time manufacturing results.

Formación

• Use Personal Protective Equipment.
• Lead a team of Engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance for equipment maintenance and spare parts.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels of spare parts.
• Ensure on-time delivery and minimize production downtime.

Responsabilidades

• Use Devices, accessories, tools and equipment according to the process; verifying that they are in good conditions of use and reporting those that are in poor condition for repair.
• Communicate unsafe acts or conditions to their superiors.
• Participate in the emergency brigades and Health and Safety commission, when required.
• Submit PR's and PO's for the purchase of spare parts.
• Monitor the fulfilment of the activities of the Equipment Technicians.
