Intuitive in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking an Equipment Engineer to support production by maintaining and calibrating equipment, and by designing experiments to optimize performance. You will develop fixtures, define specifications, and implement IQOQ protocols to ensure equipment reliability and process quality.

Formación

• Experience with production equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Ability to design experiments to optimize parameters.
• Familiarity with equipment qualification protocols (IQOQ).

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
• Design experiments to determine optimal operating parameters.
• Create fixtures and tools per requirements and company procedures.
• Develop equipment qualification protocols such as IQOQ.
• Coordinate with other engineering groups on equipment updates.
• Document equipment events impacting product assembly and quality.
• Conduct risk analysis for equipment related issues and downtime.
• Control equipment tools and related costs.
• Report equipment performance, events, downtime and issues.
• Review or approve ECOs affecting manufacturing and field operations.
