Johnson & Johnson in Juarez, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering programs in operations, drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and ensure high-quality, on-time production of MedTech products.

You will manage a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate projects across maintenance and transfer processes, validate processes, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience and training in engineering fields.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• BS in Engineering; MS preferred.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication.

• Set goals and objectives for Engineering Department aligned with plant plans.
• Coordinate projects to improve processes, equipment maintenance, and cost reduction.
• Maintain contact with stakeholders and ensure technical activities progress independently.
• Implement systems to keep equipment in working order and within spec.
