Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent minimum.
• 0–2 years of experience as an assembly operator in manufacturing.
• Experience in the medical industry preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge appreciated.
• MS/Windows/Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Schedule the production line based on supply requirements.
• Optimize use of equipment and materials to improve performance.
• Assist the manufacturing supervisor to meet production plans.
• Maintain continuous line flow by ensuring steady feeding of components and tooling.
• Verify machine setup and calibration with maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality policies.
