Formación

• Engineering degree in relevant field (Industrial/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic).
• 3-5 years in manufacturing; problem solving and PLC experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, influence, and coordinate with teams; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of work standards.
• Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates.
• Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
• Leads process validation and master change controls; analyzes root causes of losses and deviations.
