You will drive ISO certifications, implement NADCAP-aligned controls, and ensure thorough process documentation and validation. Requirements include 5+ years in metal-mechanical manufacturing, advanced English, and a relevant engineering degree. Visa support is noted as a consideration.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency required.
• VISA available or required to work legally.
• 5+ years of experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading manufacturing engineering functions and improvement initiatives.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma; belt certification or training desired.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cost-saving projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level technical leadership for metal-mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Lead ISO certifications and recertifications, including audit prep and closure of findings.
• Implement advanced process controls aligned with NADCAP requirements.
• Ensure robust process documentation, validation, and control.
• Lead more than three cost-saving projects with cumulative impact > $100K USD.
• Act as SME for complex manufacturing issues.
• Mentor Manufacturing Engineer I and II; collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
