Mattel Brick Shop in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Product Development team from concept to production. You will partner with Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver high-quality construction toys for consumers worldwide.

You will build technical capabilities, drive engineering excellence, and ensure products are designed for quality, manufacturability, cost, and performance while meeting safety and compliance requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of product development, engineering, or technical project management experience in toys or consumer products.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of product development, plastic part design, tooling, and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Product Development team.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept through production launch.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into manufacturable solutions.
• Establish and improve product development processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to resolve technical challenges and deliver projects on time.
• Support tooling development, production readiness, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure products meet Mattel's quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
