Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day staffing, development, and performance for a large facility or multiple sites.

You will motivate and grow the management team while ensuring safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes driving improvements in operations performance, cost control, and quality, with strong emphasis on problem solving, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 80% English, written and oral communication
• 10+ years of relevant experience in appropriate equivalent experience
• Requires analytical ability as well as excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong Leadership Experience
• Negotiation with Customers and prioritization skills

Role Definition:

Manages the day-to-day operations of all shifts of a large facility or multiple manufacturing facilities.
