Caterpillar Inc. in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to manage day-to-day operations across shifts in a large facility. You will oversee staffing, development, performance, safety, schedules, and cost controls to meet production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills. You will drive continuous improvements, align with regulatory guidelines, and promote a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Formación

  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 80% English, written and oral communication.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in appropriate equivalent experience.
  • Requires analytical ability as well as excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong Leadership Experience.
  • Negotiation with Customers and prioritization skills.
  • Provides effective communication in solving production complex problems or pursuing operational improvements.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Role Definition:

Manages the day-to-day operations of all shifts of a large facility or multiple manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:
