Caterpillar Inc. in Monterrey seeks a Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day production across shifts.
You will lead staffing, development, and performance programs for the operations team, ensuring safety, schedules, and cost efficiency while optimizing resources and processes. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field and intermediate English, with on-site work and relocation support offered.

Manages the day-to-day operations of all shifts of one or more manufacturing production lines.
Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management team. Overseeing operations activities, ensuring that safety, and schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively. Evaluates projects to define desired outcomes, methods, and requirements (costs, personnel use, equipment, space, etc.). Monitoring overall operations performance and implementing production safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms. Ensures the compliance of all regulatory guidelines and forges a safe and sound manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields Intermediate English

This position will be based at the Monterrey, You must be available relocate. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, and the role is 100% on-site.
