Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance management systems and ensure compliance with internal regulations. You will oversee MTTR/MTBF targets, optimize uptime and collaborate with engineers to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires an engineering degree and intermediate English, with duties spanning data analysis, KPI tracking, and process optimization across shifts at our Nuevo León facility.

This position will be responsible for supporting M&E's maintenance management, ensuring compliance with internal machine maintenance processes. Likewise, it will supervise compliance with the applicable Security Regulations (LOTTO, ZMS, FDP). As a key role, this position will be actively involved in identifying and resolving maintenance-related issues, working closely with the support team and engineers to implement strategies aimed at continuous improvement of operational readiness. This includes ensuring proper performance of MP, TPM, uptime, as well as monitoring and improvement of MTTR and MTBF indicators.
Engineering Degree Control Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. This position requires intermediate English.
