A leading technology firm in Hermosillo is seeking a Senior Manager - Process Development & NPI for Power Cable Assemblies. This role involves leading process development teams, driving excellence in manufacturing methods, and ensuring effective communication between product development and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of managerial experience, and familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong leadership and fluent English skills are required, along with a US Visa.

Formación

• At least 10 years of managerial experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• 12+ years of experience in the power cable assembly industry preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial specifications like IPC 620.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers to develop power cable assembly manufacturing processes.
• Drive excellence in manufacturing technologies and methods.
• Maintain communication with project management to understand strategic business needs.
