Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in high-speed cable manufacturing, for data-center and hyperscale cabling.
• Experience with SAP, CAD and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Advance product development by optimizing manufacturability and tooling.
• Develop and qualify tooling and processes for high-speed products to TE standards.
• Implement new manufacturing technologies to improve process control and capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure design-for-manufacture alignment.
