Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is establishing a state-of-the-art beverage concentrate plant in Huamantla, Tlaxcala, Mexico. You will lead the automation blueprint, partnering with site leadership and global COE to implement PLC/SCADA and advanced automation across startup and scalable operations.

You will drive the integration of digital and connected technologies, ensure safety and compliance, and guide continuous improvement through commissioning learnings and future deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of automation and digitalization experience in complex manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy and implementation for the greenfield plant.
• Translate global automation principles into local, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Oversee vendor collaboration and ensure technical specs are met.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT tests and ensure production readiness.
• Embed digital technologies like IoT and edge devices into automation.
