Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a senior treasury and fund management professional to lead the customer funds operations. You will oversee daily reconciliation, liquidity planning and SPEI direct operations, coordinating with HQ finance and product teams.

Ideal candidates have 8 years' experience in treasury, strong leadership, and fluency in English with Mandarin preferred. This role offers hybrid work and growth within a global fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in fund management and treasury.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong leadership and numerical sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer management team to perform daily customer fund operation, maintained daily operational systems and procedures. Ensure the customer fund security.
• Lead the customer management team to perform daily payment channels transaction reconciliation, handle the abnormal payment transactions timely. Effectively reduce customer fund related complaints from customer service side.
• Manage the fund position, and perform fund allocation accordingly, ensure the sufficient liquidity of fintech business.
• Handle the customer service tickets relates to the customer fund issues. Ensure the high level in customer experience.
• Enhance the customer fund management capability to provide customer with safer Fintech product and better customer using experience. Setup the internal SOP and SLA with customer fund management works.
