Chamberlain Group México seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a plant maintenance team and ensure continuous operation of production areas. You will investigate equipment issues, standardize actions, and reduce downtime while improving quality and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years leading a maintenance group and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; strong knowledge of CMMS, TPM/RCM, and English is essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years leading a maintenance group in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of maintenance duties and programs in industrial facilities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal customers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in CMMS and maintenance data systems.
• Knowledge of TPM, RCM, TQM or Six Sigma.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure continuous operation of large-scale production areas.
• React to emergencies and stoppages; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce machinery idle time and improve productivity through maintenance.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs to maximize OEE.
• Act as CMMS superuser.
• Participate in capital and cost-reduction projects.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and line reconfigurations.
• Manage budgets and expense forecasts.
• Report KPIs and communicate equipment issues to leadership.
• Document maintenance history and performance trends.
• Develop maintenance standards and procedures.
• Maintain supplier relationships for troubleshooting.
• Stay compliant with health & safety guidelines.
• Contribute to team projects.
• Keep knowledge current through training.
