Job summary

Kohler Reynosa is seeking a Sr. Continuous Improvement Technician to develop lean culture and drive teams using lean tools to meet company goals. You will lead Kaizen events in administrative and production areas and spearhead improvement and cost-saving projects.

The role supports OPEX initiatives, trains staff in Kohler systems, and collaborates with multiple departments to document benefits and sustain a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment with CI focus.
• Experience with OPEX (Operational Excellence) and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and CI initiatives.
• Proficient in Lean tools and standard work.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact CI projects from initiation to closure.
• Lead Kaizen events in administrative and production areas.
• Develop Lean culture and train associates in Kohler systems and tools.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping and track action plans.
• Analyze OEE and drive productivity improvements.
• Coordinate and synchronize site goals and initiatives.
