Kohler Co. seeks a strategic leader to transform supply chain operations across its Kitchen & Bath plants in the Americas. You will architect material flow, drive PFEP governance, and lead end-to-end optimization initiatives leveraging Industry 4.0 and IoT visibility.

This hybrid role emphasizes strategic design, digital tooling, and continuous improvement to achieve synchronized, cost-efficient intra-logistics with advanced analytics and automation where feasible.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in supply chain engineering, warehousing, or continuous improvement.
• Engineering excellence and process design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with SAP Logistics & Materials Management modules and EWM.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic design and lean material flow optimization.
• Design and implement material flow, conveyance, and inventory systems aligned with Lean.
• Lead new facility/warehouse layouts and optimize existing sites.
• Deploy supermarkets, kanban, and smart buffers for production support.
• Collaborate on packaging strategy to minimize waste and maximize density.
• Ensure synchronization of physical movement and information flows to cut costs.
• Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives for smart material handling and digital visibility.
• Deploy autonomous vehicles and robotics where feasible.
• Implement IoT-based tracking to improve real-time visibility and accuracy.
• Use predictive analytics to forecast bottlenecks and disruptions.
• Standardize processes and performance metrics across the network.
• Lead end-to-end projects, defining resources, schedules, and scope.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and report savings via BI tools.
• Improve labor productivity through Lean activities.
• Consolidate data from service and delivery performance to drive improvements.
