Jobgether is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Node.js | React | TypeScript) for a fully remote, Melbourne-time role with international flexibility. You will own feature delivery across frontend and backend, design APIs, and optimise performance in a modern stack.

You’ll lead architecture discussions, collaborate with product and design, and drive high engineering standards, CI/CD, and code reviews while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong React 18+ experience and modern patterns.
• Solid automated testing experience (Vitest/Jest).
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Tailwind CSS and TanStack Query familiarity.
• OAuth/OIDC and session-based auth knowledge.
• Proven API design and external service integrations.
• Linux command-line familiarity; strong Git skills.
• Ability to incorporate AI-powered development tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, maintain, and improve high-quality web apps with Node.js/TS/React 18+.
• Own end-to-end features from design to deployment and optimisation.
• Design and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and external integrations.
• Build responsive, accessible UI with React, Tailwind, and TanStack Query.
• Implement secure authentication and robust testing practices.
