Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Systems, or Computer Engineering required.
• 6+ years of test engineering experience in high-tech manufacturing or EMS environments; 4+ years with master’s or certifications.
• Location: Chihuahua, Mexico.
• Work Model: 100% On-Site (5 days a week).
• Fluent English (C1/C2) for global team communication.

Responsibilities

• Design tests and create procedures to address moderately complex issues; develop test plans and fixtures.
• Perform DOE with input from management or senior team members; apply standard testing methods.
• Manage testing progress, analyze results, and report per project timelines.
• Provide guidance to test technicians; mentor and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with design engineers to identify critical performance parameters.
