The role focuses on structuring and guiding the team’s end-to-end efforts, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and providing direction to consulting teams. A background in consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based work is valued.

Formación

• Experience leading one or more project/workstreams.
• Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience structuring and managing the team's work end-to-end.
• Ability to provide guidance and direction to consulting teams.
• Ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables.
• Leadership experience, ideally at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Hands-on profile balancing execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.
