Turtle Trax S.A. seeks a senior technical lead to drive remediation initiatives and align with client technology standards. This role is remote with a preference for US hours and occasional overlap with teams in India, allowing flexible location.

You will lead hands-on efforts, provide technical guidance, coordinate with stakeholders, and promote best practices across engineering, governance, and compliance. Experience in agile environments is a plus.

Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving ability.
Technical leadership and decisive decision-making.
Stakeholder management and clear communication.
Risk and dependency management experience.
Technical planning and prioritization skills.
Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation.
Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Actively contribute to a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving.
Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team.
Provide technical guidance and decision-making support.
Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations.
Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
