Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Admitted to practice law in Mexico.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert legal advice on labor and employment law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and company policies.
• Represent the company in labor litigation and arbitration.
• Ensure compliance with current labor laws and collective agreements.
• Conduct internal investigations and advise on disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Conduct legal training for HR and management on labor topics.
