Softgic S. in Mexico is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (API) to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications and services. The role focuses on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices, with exposure to AI-powered tooling to accelerate development.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience in enterprise software, strong API design skills, and hands-on work with CI/CD and DevOps practices. English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• 8–12 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java 8/11/17+ experience.
• Extensive Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security.
• REST APIs design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps teams.
• Advanced English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable software features and services.
• Build and maintain REST APIs with Java and Spring Boot.
• Work within modern microservices-based architectures and collaborate with DevOps.
• Apply best practices like unit testing, code reviews, and peer programming.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and AI-enabled tooling usage.
