TechProjects is seeking a Java Architect in Mexico to design and modernize banking solutions. You will lead architecture initiatives, drive microservice and event-driven patterns, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality software.

Collaboration with multiple bank teams and strong stakeholder communication are essential. We value hands-on architects with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern CI/CD practices, plus cloud familiarity (GCP/AWS/Azure) and security patterns like

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on architect with ability to create, understand and enhance code.
• Experience building enterprise platforms using best practices and design patterns, especially microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Proficient in CI/CD technologies such as Jira, GitOps, Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud providers: GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Understanding enterprise security: OpenID, OAuth.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis.

Responsabilidades

• Architect new solutions for banking domains and modernize legacy apps.
• Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with bank priorities and interdependencies.
• Communicate technical information to stakeholders to build consensus.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on design strategy and direction.
• Mentor and coach developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Champion improvements to software delivery for higher production stability.
