Dematic Corporation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - IT Recruiting for its Mexico operations, a hybrid role based in Guadalupe. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized IT roles, building pipelines for SAP, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, software, data, and IT operations while partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and global stakeholders.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruiting, or IT Recruiting.
• Broad experience recruiting for specialized and senior IT roles in global orgs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, data, DevOps, IT operations.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience from intake to closing.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, market mapping.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for professional and senior IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define candidate profiles and strategies.
• Recruit for SAP, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, data, DevOps, and enterprise apps.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market research.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation expectations.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align recruiting priorities.
• Use Workday or other ATS to maintain recruitment data and compliance.
• Track metrics, identify risks, and report to leadership.
