DSV Road GmbH in Mexico City seeks a Senior IT Specialist to support and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) within a global logistics setting. The role focuses on ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of WMS applications, with emphasis on Blue Yonder/JDA solutions, collaborating with global IT and business teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on WMS experience, especially with JDA Dispatcher, MOCA, DDA development, and strong SQL skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with WMS configuration and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of MOCA, DDA, and JDA Integrator.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with ticketing/support systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for WMS applications, primarily Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher.
• Manage and coordinate WMS infrastructure components (Oracle DB, Citrix, network, hardware).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systems
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, logistics teams, and external vendors
• Support implementation and optimization of warehouse systems
• Act as a technical consultant for WMS-related processes and solutions
• Ensure system performance, stability, and high-quality operations
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Education and Skills:
