GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS IT Specialist to support, configure, administer, and continuously improve our Warehouse Management System environment.

This role bridges IT and warehouse operations and requires hands-on WMS configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and process optimization within a live warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with 5+ years of experience in WMS support, ideally in a 3PL environment, and hands-on

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting and administering Warehouse Management Systems.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (JDA) configuration, administration and support.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Experience implementing system changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting business users.
• Mandatory fluent English communication skills with the ability to interact with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Experience working in a 3PL environment.
• Experience with WMS integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and administer the Blue Yonder WMS environment.
• Configure and implement system changes based on business needs.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical WMS issues.
• Partner closely with warehouse operations to drive process improvements.
