AgileEngine in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve the systems behind critical business services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and monitoring, while advancing automation with PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and Ansible.

Strong collaboration with security, network, and vendor teams is expected, plus on-call rotations and rigorous

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 4+ years designing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and identity, security, and access services.
• Experience with Active Directory and service-account management.
• Infrastructure lifecycle management, patching, incident handling, and documentation.
• Ability to plan, assess risk, rollback changes, and communicate clearly.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infra issues and automate processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on-prem, data centers, cloud, and sites.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and core services.
• Support AWS, Azure, or other cloud infra with dependencies, access controls, monitoring, and readiness.
• Manage identity and access services including Active Directory and cloud identities.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, patching, capacity expansions, and decommissioning.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity, backup status, and security signals; address risks proactively.
• Lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions for incidents.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Maintain diagrams, inventories, standards, runbooks, and recovery procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and change-management activities.
• Collaborate with security, network, cloud, application, and vendor teams.
