Vertiv is seeking an IT End User Services Senior Analyst to provide proficient technical support for end-user computing assets, working with external suppliers and the Platform Service Team to ensure smooth corporate IT operations. The role emphasizes collaborative problem solving and hands-on project support across IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in Windows desktop deployments, knowledge of software distribution, MDM tools, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in MS Windows desktop operating system deployment.
• Strong understanding of software distribution tools and network infrastructure principles.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management.
• Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document resolutions.
• Provide second-level user support for complex issues not resolved remotely by the Service Desk.
• Ensure incident management via service desk channels and escalate as needed.
• Lead hands-on IT project support and related duties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve end-user tech issues.
• Assist with asset management and stock levels of spare equipment.
• Support backup operations and PC replacement programs with Platform Service Team.
• Keep IT management informed about local infrastructure status.
