Vertiv is seeking an IT End User Services Senior Analyst to provide proficient technical support for end-user computing assets. The role works closely with Platform Service Team and external suppliers to maintain corporate IT operations and project execution.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of Windows desktop deployment experience, strong collaboration and bilingual Spanish/English skills, and familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in MS Windows desktop OS deployment.
• Strong understanding of software distribution tools and network fundamentals.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document resolutions.
• Provide second-level user support for complex issues not resolved remotely.
• Manage incidents and escalate when needed across multiple channels.
• Lead hands-on IT project support and related duties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve end-user tech issues.
• Assist with asset management and spare equipment stock levels.
• Support backup operations and PC replacement programs.
• Keep IT management informed about local infrastructure status.
