Job summary

Infor Inc. is seeking a Senior M3 Consultant to lead ERP implementation and business transformation engagements across Mexico, Argentina, and Ecuador.

You will focus on solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and customer success, translating business needs into effective ERP solutions. We welcome professionals with ERP experience in M3 or other platforms and a mix of functional domains including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing ERP consulting or transformation projects.
• Experience across requirements gathering, design, configuration, or deployment lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions and outcomes.
• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Sales.
• Experience in at least one of: Distribution, Food & Beverage, or Equipment.
• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Spanish and English; legally eligible to work in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing ERP implementation and transformation engagements within scope and timelines.
• Work with customers to capture processes, challenges, and objectives; translate to functional solutions.
• Drive design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, and stakeholders to align solutions with goals.
• Gather and document business requirements; support design and solution delivery.
• Execute and support system testing; resolve functional issues.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement to ensure project success.
• Travel up to 25% to support engagements and milestones.
