A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the analysis and implementation of Mexico-specific localization for Infor M3 CloudSuite. The consultant will conduct gap analysis, report findings, and guide the implementation team during localization efforts. This is a part-time engagement requiring 4-8 hours per week, adaptable to project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the handover of the localized solution to the implementation team.
• Oversee handover to the implementation team with configuration guidance, test plans, and training materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment.

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to lead the analysis and implementation of the Mexico-specific localization package for Infor M3 CloudSuite within a global enterprise environment. This role ensures that the client\'s financial systems fully comply with Mexican legal and fiscal requirements. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in both Mexican finance legislation and the technical application of Infor M3.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a gap analysis by comparing the delivered Infor M3 Mexico localization package (\"fact sheets\") against known Epiroc legal requirements.
• Identify, document, and report any functional gaps to the Infor R&D team via formal incident reports.
• Act as a key participant in fact-finding sessions to clarify requirements and solutions.
• Upon resolution of gaps, lead the handover of the localized solution to the implementation team, including configuration guidance, test cycle definition, training, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven senior consulting experience with Infor M3 CloudSuite, specifically with Finance modules.
• Deep, expert knowledge of Mexican legal and fiscal requirements for financial systems (e.g., SAT, DIOT, CFDI, accounting policies).
