WestRock Company in Tupelo, MS is seeking a senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep high-speed corrugated packaging equipment running to OEM standards. You will collaborate with maintenance leadership, operators, vendors & the reliability team to maximize uptime and help safely meet production goals.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, plus experience with DC controls, preventive maintenance, and 5S in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems on high-speed industrial equipment.
• Implement and perform preventive maintenance to OEM standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow 5S practices.
• Reference equipment manuals and operate maintenance work order systems.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Provide electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance for the corrugated packaging facility.
• Perform emergency breakdown maintenance as needed to support plant operations.
• Train peers and junior team members on skills you can share.
