Jabil in Mexico is seeking an Industrial Engineer SME II to plan, design, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems across the site or region. The role emphasizes profitability, reliability, and ongoing improvement of manufacturing and service operations.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, optimizing process flows, and mentoring the IE team to drive cost reductions and stronger quality outcomes.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in industrial engineering.
• Experience leading cost-reduction and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site- or region-wide IE projects and supervise teams.
• Design and optimize production layouts and processes.
• Perform complex simulations and end-to-end cost analyses.
• Coach engineers and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Standardize IE processes across site and regional levels.
