ng-voice is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer & Technical Lead for the Americas. This hands-on engineering role focuses on troubleshooting and leading incidents for our customers. You'll act as a senior technical escalation point, coordinating across time zones and leading major incidents.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong networking knowledge: routing, switching, firewalls, NAT, DNS.
• Experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, logs, traces.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational support for Americas customers.
• Perform hands-on L2/L3 troubleshooting across various technologies.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Lead major incidents and communicate effectively.
