The role partners with Creative Directors, Designers, and external vendors to transform AI concepts into print-ready assets, preserving color fidelity and production specs. 8+ years in image retouching with Photoshop and AI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in image retouching, digital imaging, pre-press, or creative production.
• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop skills.
• Professional experience creating imagery with Generative AI platforms (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and iterative creative workflows.
• Experience preparing assets for commercial print production.
• Deep understanding of image resolution, scaling, color management, file preparation, and production specifications.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to translate concepts into production-ready visual assets.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent file management and version control.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Transform AI-generated imagery into polished, production-ready assets through expert retouching, compositing, reconstruction, and enhancement.
• Create original visual concepts using Generative AI platforms from briefs and art direction.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Designers to iterate concepts via prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Prepare imagery for large-format print production with high visual fidelity.
• Utilize AI upscaling and image enhancement technologies to achieve print-ready resolution.
• Perform advanced Photoshop retouching including compositing, masking, color correction, lighting adjustments, texture rebuilding, and reconstruction.
• Coordinate with printers and producers to ensure files meet production specifications across substrates.
• Understand RGB/CMYK workflows, ICC profiles, and print production best practices.
• Develop repeatable AI-based workflows to improve speed and consistency.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
• Help establish standards for AI image creation across the studio.
