Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Imaging Production Lead to join our global design production team in Mexico City. The role focuses on building scalable production workflows, delivering production-ready assets across print and digital media, and maintaining brand consistency for events and campaigns.

You will collaborate with studio and project managers, handling multiple projects while upholding an exacting aesthetic and production standards. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BFA required in Marketing or Design.
• Extensive experience in design, production or related field.
• Experience in digital design and production within an internal marketing org or agency.
• Deep understanding of creative production across digital and print formats.
• Print experience essential for events and global signage.
• Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• 8 years of industry or related creative experience.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to understand scope and ask clarifying questions.
• Produce print mechanicals using InDesign/Illustrator, CMYK specs for printers.
• Deliver production-ready files for events and digital campaigns.
• Lay out existing concepts across formats with strong visual aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Prepare assets and upload to internal DAM.
