Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to provide proactive line resource analysis and support for mass production and new product introductions.

The role ensures efficient equipment use, layout optimization, and space planning to meet capacity demands across SMT and Warehouse operations. Reporting to the Manager, Industrial Engineering, the position oversees standard time validation, development activities, and cross-functional collaboration to drive

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong background in Industrial Engineering principles, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving production, facilities, warehousing, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capacity planning and resource analysis to support production demand and expansion.
• Develop and validate standard times for accurate capacity assessments and workforce planning.
• Drive layout optimization and space planning to improve productivity and safety.
• Lead product transfer, line setup, and facility layout activities for new and existing lines.
• Perform line balancing analysis and identify losses to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate standard time databases to support planning and costing.
