Whirlpool Corporation seeks a Senior IAM & Active Directory Administrator to lead identity services, configure AD environments, and enforce security policies at scale. You will work with IT and security teams to implement best practices across AD, GPO, and related Microsoft tools.

You will collaborate on security controls, incident response, and identity lifecycle management in a large enterprise environment. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Identity/IAM role.
• Experience with large scale IAM environments and/or business requirements.
• Strong technical proficiency in Active Directory (AD), GPO and Microsoft tools.
• Experience with Active Directory (AD), GPO, programs and strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, support and drive Identity technology, configuration and operations.
• Configure tools, processes and systems for automating access and policy enforcement at scale.
• Evangelize and implement security best practices for production systems.
• Collaborate with IT to implement security best practices around AD and GPO settings.
• Recommend and drive adoption of technical security controls to strengthen posture.
• Support security initiatives across the organization via identity practices for infrastructure and cloud systems.
• Participate in security incident response as needed.
