Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and coordination of HVAC and industrial utility systems for manufacturing and industrial facilities, including automotive, pharmaceutical, data centers, and advanced manufacturing projects.

You will provide technical leadership from concept through construction administration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements, while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and leveraging BIM for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
10+ years of experience in HVAC and industrial mechanical systems design.
Professional Title and Cedula Professional are mandatory.
Knowledge of IMC, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE 90.1 and 62.1.
Proven experience with Revit BIM and AutoCAD for HVAC/Mechanical systems modeling.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC design reviews and QA/QC processes across design phases.
Perform load calculations and energy modeling calculations.
Develop BIM models and coordinate with electrical, plumbing, controls, and structural teams.
Support proposals, cost estimates, and construction administration activities.
