Jabil is seeking a skilled HRIS professional to configure and support Workday Benefits, and to partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and successful system enhancements.

The role requires 3-5+ years in HRIS with hands-on Workday Benefits experience, strong data analysis, and documentation capabilities to drive improvements in benefits administration and HR operations.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday Benefits configuration and support.
• Experience analyzing data, troubleshooting system or process issues, performing testing, and documenting results.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Workday Benefits plans, eligibility rules, rates, and related configuration.
• Provide cross-functional Workday HCM configuration, testing, and support.
• Develop and execute testing for releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
