Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Risk Management to lead the design and implementation of the HR risk framework for Mexico and international expansion. You will partner with Legal, Compliance and HR leadership to strengthen governance, oversee risk assessments, controls, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Controls.
• At least 5 years of experience in business process management or continuous improvement.
• Intermediate - advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the HR Risk Management Framework for Mexico and international operations.
• Lead risk aggregation, reporting, and coordination with global HR Risk teams.
• Oversee risk controls design, documentation, and testing per ERM standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and HR leadership to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Support audits, exams, and regulatory reviews.
