Lear Corporation's Reynosa plant is seeking a Sr HR Coordinator to lead recruitment, benefits, and industrial relations for salary and union staff. You will develop HR processes, manage absenteeism and turnover projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate with authorities.

This full-time on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of plant HR experience; English proficiency is expected.

Formación

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years plant HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Federal Labor Law and NOM-035.
  • Conversational English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead recruiting and hiring for salary and union employees.
  • Ensure benefits are competitive with local market and cost effective.
  • Industrial relationships with the union and compliance with Mexican labor law.
  • Develop HR processes to sustain continuous improvement in HR.
  • Lead absenteeism and turnover reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations and applicable labor laws.
  • Maintain effective communication with union and non-union staff.
  • Coordinate external communication with authorities and local companies for future needs.
  • Control and monitor department budgets and key operational indicators.
  • Oversee training programs for middle management and managers.
  • Administer the performance evaluation system across the company.
  • Manage internal and external company communications.

  • Improve and sustain the level of involvement and commitment of the entire workforce
Responsibilities
  • Lead recruiting and Hiring process of salary and union employees
  • Ensure benefits are competitive with the local market and cost effective
  • Industrial Relationships with the union and follow up Mexican labor law.
  • Develop systems and processes to keep continuous improvement in HR
  • Lead absenteeism and turnover actions / projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations and applicable labor laws.
  • Responsible for the execution of a good communication system for union and non-union employees.
  • Responsible for maintaining external communication with the local authorities and companies for the support of future needs.
  • Responsible to Control and follow up department budgets and key operational indicators.
  • Responsible for the training program of middle management and managers.
  • Responsible for the administration of the performance evaluation system of the company.
  • Responsible for the internal and external communication of the company.
