Johnson Controls is seeking a Corporate Counsel Procurement & Supply Chain to advise on procurement, sourcing, and supply chain matters for our manufacturing plants in Mexico. The role emphasizes contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management, with collaboration across plants and the Americas.

Required are a Law degree, Mexican licensure, and 6+ years in procurement or manufacturing law, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Law Degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Licensed attorney qualified to practice in Mexico.
• 6+ years of experience supporting procurement, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and supporting sourcing activities.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply-chain environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contract reviews for Mexican plants and procurement teams on sourcing matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on supplier agreements and related documents.
• Provide legal guidance on supplier performance, disputes, and warranties.
• Support regional procurement initiatives across the Americas.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and processes for efficiency.
