Eaton is seeking a Sr Import-Export Analyst in San Luis Potosí to manage the Maquila program and minimize customs and fiscal risks for the company. You will maintain compliance documents, support audits, and produce KPIs and monthly trade reports.

The role requires strong knowledge of USMCA, Mexican procedures, and ERP/MRP systems, with proven ability to audit processes, ensure data integrity, and drive improvements in import/export operations.

Formación

• Degree qualification in foreign trade or related discipline.
• 3-5 years in a Foreign Trade leadership role.
• Senior expertise in import-export operations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP system a plus.
• USMCA, C-TPAT, Economic Operator.
• PROSEC, Rule 8va duties experience.
• Experience with Customs procedures and compliance.
• US Customs regulations.
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel audit formulas).

Responsabilidades

• Manage Maquila program and inventory compliance to avoid customs risks.
• Maintain and update compliance documents for regulatory requirements.
• Monitor obligations and KPIs; produce monthly trade reports.
• Audit annexes, verify data integrity in trade processes.
• Support customs audits (SAT) and internal reviews.
• Coordinate inventory reconciliation and ERP data accuracy.
